Welcome to the Chew Valley Beer Festival

Our dates for this year’s Festival are Friday 27th & Saturday 28th September 2024

We’ve made some changes to this year’s Festival. Since the beginning High Frequency have been our resident band, but they’re now stepping away from the Ubley Stage. We thank them all for all they’ve done to make the Festival a success.

We will have a live band for our Saturday evening session, but listening to feedback we’ve decided not to have live music for our Friday evening and Saturday lunchtime sessions. There will be music playing in the background and we’ll potentially be looking for a DJ for later on the Friday.

We hope this reflects what you all want from our Festival.

Beer
We aim to provide our usual 20+ beers with a wide range of flavours for different palates. Many will be locally sourced, but some will come from slightly further afield. We’ll keep you posted on the provisional list that we’re working up at the moment.

Cider
As usual we will have our cider corner with a selection of ciders to keep everyone happy. A mixture of traditional and novelty ciders will be offered.

Food

Don’t forget our Ubley School PTA will be offering hot food throughout the evenings, as well as ploughman’s lunches for the Saturday lunchtime session. We try to source as much produce as locally as possible, with our spectatular burgers coming from only a few miles away.

Our food sales continue to soar year on year, reflecting the quality of what the PTA are providing!

Sponsors
None of this would be possible without the goodwill of our wonderful sponsors who help make it happen.

We’re looking to revamp and refresh our sponsor offer for 2024, so if you’re interested in sponsoring a barrel at the Festival, please contact us to discuss your interest.
